When you "submit" your order online , you will receive an Email Confirmation to acknowledge that the order has been received. We will endeavour to dispatch any orders received before 12pm on the day the order is received subject to payment and items being in stock. We have a large supply of stock in store but if there are any issues of stock we will contact you immediately. On delivery you will receive delivery docket and invoice. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service immediately. Returns & Replacements
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. In the event that you experience difficulty with any of our products, we will be happy to help. Faulty goods will be replaced or credited in full within 28days of purchase. It’s imperative that you contact us within 28days as full refunds cannot be considered after this period. Please keep original invoice and packaging. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is faulty please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached. Damaged or faulty goods will be credited in full including post and packaging. Damages and shortages must be notified within 7 days. Replacement and/or refunds are not available if the product is damaged or becomes faulty as a result of misuse, mishandling or the actions of any party other than Farmdirect.ie or our employees. .
